Focaccia Ristorante is managed by the husband and wife team of Chef Disney Oliveira and Viviane Oliveira. As of February 2012, the Oliveira’s manage Focaccia Ristorante. Disney has been the Head Chef at Focaccia’s for 12 years. The Oliveira’s live in Wilmington with their 3 daughters. Chef Disney Oliveira is pleased to present his valued clients with the same high quality food and professional service he has been providing since 2000. Focaccia Ristorante is not just a restaurant, we are part of the community. Part of our plan is to bring people together not only by offering the the finest in freshly prepared authentic Italian cuisine but also by offering special events and live entertainment. Chef Disney and his wife Viviane are excited about the continued development of their business. Equipped with a talented and seasoned staff, they focus exclusively on providing quality service for all patrons.
